This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the purposes and methods by which Rewop Srl, as Data Controller (“ Company ” or “ Data Controller ”), collects and processes personal data relating to the user (“ User ”) who interacts with the website www.rewopmilano.com (“ Site ”) and with the various services offered by the same.

The information contained in this Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 n. 679 (" Regulation "), as well as the Provisions issued by the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data and Guidelines of the European authorities.

Information about data processing is provided only for the Site and for the processing carried out by the Company and does not extend to processing carried out by third parties through other sites that may be consulted by the User via links. With respect to said further treatments, the Company assumes no responsibility, the User having to refer to the individual Privacy Policies of third-party sites.

  • Holder and place of treatment

The Data Controller is the Company Rewop Srl, with registered office in Turin, Via XX Settembre n. 12 and operational headquarters in Milan, Corso Sempione n. 62.

The data are mainly processed at the Data Controller's offices, by the Company's technical personnel appointed in charge of processing, within the territory of the European Union and, in relation to the services entrusted or offered by third parties, also outside the State Italian and/or outside the European Union. In the event of transfer of data to countries that do not have standards of protection equal to the Italian one, the Company undertakes to adopt the necessary measures for such transfer.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this Site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller.

  • Methods of data processing

The Company processes the User's data by adopting all the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, as well as the unauthorized disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The treatment is carried out with both manual and IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logics strictly correlated and limited to the purposes indicated.

  • Purpose of data processing and legal basis for processing

The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User in the event that one of the following conditions exists:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • the treatment is necessary for the execution of a task of public interest or for the exercise of public powers with which the Data Controller is invested;
  • the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties.

However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

In particular, the Company, through the Website, may process User data for the following purposes:

  • Contact the User. The Company offers the User the opportunity to send communications to the Company, questions and requests for information on its activities, initiatives and services. In this regard, the personal data provided by the User (e.g. email address, any telephone number and/or other information spontaneously provided to the User) will be processed by the Company to take charge, correctly manage and respond to the User's communication . The legal basis of the processing is represented by the execution of the service expressly requested by the User, and any refusal to provide personal data will make it impossible for the Company to manage and respond to the communication or request for information.

  • Sending newsletters and communications, including promotional ones, by e-mail to the address provided by the User, regarding services offered by the Company. By registering with the mailing list or newsletter, the User's email address is automatically added to a list of contacts to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information, relating to this Site may be sent. The address User's email could also be added to this list as a result of registering on this Site or after making a purchase.

In these cases, the User may oppose the processing at any time. To allow the User to easily oppose the mailings, any communication relating to these services will give the User the possibility to refuse further similar communications. Personal Data collected: surname, email and name.

  • Marketing Purposes . In the context of contact requests to the Company, the User can freely express their consent, by selecting the appropriate tick box, to the use of the personal and contact data entered by the same (e.g. email address) for the purpose of receiving communications marketing, such as newsletters, invitations to participate in surveys and market research, information and promotional material on the Company's services and/or offers, through both automated (e.g. email, sms) and traditional methods (e.g. ordinary mail, telephone calls with operator). The legal basis of the processing in this case is the express consent of the User, who can freely choose whether or not to consent to the marketing purposes. In fact, the granting of said consent by the User is entirely optional and will in no way preclude the possibility of using the services of the Company and the Site. The User may oppose the sendings and revoke his consent, even partially for individual communication channels, by contacting the Company as well as via the appropriate link in the emails.

  • Pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Company and/or of third parties . The User's data may also be used for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company and/or third parties, for example the right of defense in court, the management of complaints and disputes, the possible recovery of credits , the prevention of fraud and/or illegal activities. In these cases, even if the provision of the User's personal data is not mandatory, it is still necessary as such data are strictly connected and instrumental to the pursuit of such legitimate interests, which do not prevail over the User's fundamental rights and freedoms, and any refusal to provide them could make it impossible to provide the requested services.

  • Fulfill legal obligations and/or applicable obligations . The Company may also use the personal data provided by the User or otherwise acquired during the User's interaction with the Site for purposes related to the execution of legal obligations, regulations, national and community regulations as well as deriving from provisions issued by authorities legitimized by the law, which represent the legal basis of the processing, without the need to obtain the prior consent of the User.

  • Carry out aggregate statistical analyzes on an anonymous basis in order to improve the performance and services offered by the Company through the Site. In this case, no consent from the User will be required, as the treatment indicated will only be carried out on anonymous data.

  • Payment management.

The Company receives and collects, through the Site, information relating to the User who visits the pages of the Site and who uses the web services available on the same. In particular, the Company acquires and processes the following information:

The subjects belonging to the categories indicated above will use the data as independent data controllers in accordance with the law or as data processors duly appointed by the Company.

These subjects may be established in EU and non-EU countries. In particular, in the event that said subjects are established in non-EU countries, the Company adopts the measures envisaged by the Regulation to legitimize the transfer of personal data to them, including the stipulation of specific Data Transfer Agreements which incorporate the protection clauses privacy standards approved by the European Commission.

The list of subjects to whom the data is or may be communicated, as well as an indication of the privacy measures adopted to legitimize any transfers outside the EU, can be requested from the Company.

  • Data Retention

The data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the activities indicated in the previous paragraph ( Purpose of data processing and legal basis of the processing ) and are canceled when the purposes for which they were collected and processed no longer apply.

In particular, the Company will eliminate the personal data of the User who has requested information or sent communications by contacting the Company via the Site 60 days after the provision of the same.

Finally, the data collected for the Company's marketing purposes is kept until the User unsubscribes/opposes it.

In any case, the data may be kept anonymously for analysis and statistics purposes.

  • User rights and contacts

The User can exercise, in the cases expressly provided for by law and where applicable, the rights provided for by the Regulation. In particular, the User has the right to:

  • obtain the limitation of the treatment . When certain conditions are met, the User can request the limitation of the processing of their Data. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the Data for any other purpose than their conservation.
  • obtain the cancellation or removal of their Personal Data . When certain conditions are met, the User can request the cancellation of their Data by the Owner.
  • receive their data or have them transferred to another owner . The User has the right to receive his Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer without obstacles to another holder. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract of which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
  • propose a complaint . The User can lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.

Finally, if you believe that the processing of the data provided violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data ( www.garanteprivacy.it ).

  • Details on the right to object

When Personal Data is processed in the public interest, in the exercise of public powers vested in the Data Controller or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation.

Users are reminded that, should their Data be processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to the processing without providing any reason. To find out if the Data Controller processes data for direct marketing purposes, Users can refer to the respective sections of this document.

The User also has the right to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, also for marketing purposes (including for individual channels).

  • Data collection through Cookies

A cookie is a small text string that the sites visited send to the user's computer browser, where they are stored when the latter visits a website, to then be re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit.

  • Profiling cookies installed by the Company

These cookies are activated in relation to the contents displayed and the use of the Site by the User. This allows the Site to record and memorize the preferences expressed by each User on subsequent visits, making it possible to analyze the behavior of the same on the Site and customize certain aspects of the Site according to the individual User, in order to improve the contents and send messages advertisements (e.g. banners) in line with the preferences expressed by the User in the context of surfing the net.
