All purchases made on rewopmilano.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

2 - Enter the order data and the name of the product you want to return

The request will be handled by our operators and you will receive by e-mail all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

We will check the quality of the product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. 

RETURN POLICY

The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods are charged to the customer.

Remember that the customer is responsible for the return until the package reaches our office, for this reason we recommend the use of a traceable and insured shipping system.

Please note: we remind you that non-European shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying this amount. Please contact your local customs for more information.
